Description

ARVE Chaleureux, an Eau de Parfum that captures the meditative calm of silent and untouched heights, where the clear mountain air gently mixes with the first rays of sunshine of the day.

The fragrance combines the steadfast nature of pine oil with the soothing warmth of cinnamon bark, complemented by the gentle note of lavender and the earthy spice of nutmeg. The perfume is rounded off by the subtle hint of fig leaf and the noble undertone of cashmere wool accords.

ARVE Chaleureux is carried by notes that celebrate the diverse riches of nature throughout the seasons. An Eau de Parfum that takes you to places that are at once familiar and yet exotic, characterized by soothing serenity and natural elegance.

Fragrance notes

Swiss stone pine oil

The Pinus cembra, often referred to as the "Queen of the Alps", is a conifer that grows in the Alps at altitudes of up to 2500 metres. The highly valued stone pine oil is extracted from the needles, branches and heartwood of this tree.

During its production, special emphasis is placed on using only the best material. This is first air-dried to eliminate excess moisture and preserve the aromatic substances. The essence is extracted using a steam distillation process.

Stone pine oil is known for its distinctive scent that combines resinous and woody accents and is valued for its invigorating and relaxing effects.

Cinnamon bark from Ceylon

Ceylon cinnamon bark, botanically known as Cinnamomum verum, is prized for its distinctive fragrance. This rare variety of cinnamon originates from the island of Sri Lanka, formerly known as Ceylon. The trees require intensive care and thrive best in the monsoon-soaked regions of the island.

After a careful growth period of about 2 to 3 years, the bark is harvested in the rainy season when the humidity intensifies its fragrance and the bark is at its most fragrant. The outer bark is removed, leaving the inner bark, which contains the precious aroma, carefully peeled and laid out to dry in the sun.

After a process of steam distillation, an intense oil is finally obtained that carries the characteristic scent of Ceylon cinnamon in its purest form. This oil essence envelops the senses with warm, spicy and at the same time sweet scents, which are characterized by an incomparable, exotic depth.

Bulgarian Lavender

The essence of lavender, botanically known as Lavandula angustifolia, is extracted from the blue flowers of the plant. In the perfume industry, Bulgarian lavender, which is cultivated in the picturesque fields of the Balkan country, is particularly important. After an intensive growth phase of several months, usually between June and July, the lavender flowers are harvested during the flowering period.

After harvesting, the flowers are dried and distilled in a complex process. This process uses steam to extract the precious oil. The scent profile of Bulgarian lavender is fresh, floral and slightly tart with calming nuances.

Fig leaf

The essence of the fig leaf comes from the lush green leaves of the real fig, known to botanists as Ficus carica. The Mediterranean fig leaf in particular, native to the coastal areas of southern Europe, is highly valued in the perfume industry for its unique fragrance profile.

Fig leaves are usually harvested during late summer when the leaves have developed their richest aroma. After careful selection, the leaves are air-dried and finely ground to ensure maximum fragrance content.

The extraction process itself requires steam distillation, which creates an intense green oil. The essence of the fig leaf offers a seductively green yet creamy-sweet fragrance profile. It embodies a balance of freshness and sweetness and has a distinctive, slightly earthy depth.

nutmeg

The extraction of the precious nutmeg oil begins with the cultivation of the nutmeg tree. After the trees have gone through an intensive growth and ripening phase of around eight years, they begin to bear fruit. When fully ripe, the fruit bursts open to reveal its valuable kernel.

These kernels are carefully harvested, freed from their characteristic red net shell, dried and then steam distilled. The scent profile of nutmeg is as unique as it is complex. It includes warm, spicy and slightly sweet nuances, underlined by a deep, woody base.

cedar

Cedarwood oil, extracted from the species Cedrus atlantica, comes mainly from the heartwood of the tree. This special essence is very popular among perfumers for its unique scent and long shelf life.

The wood is cut into small pieces and then dried to remove excess moisture and increase the concentration of aromatic oils. After drying, the cedar wood is subjected to a distillation process that uses steam to extract the valuable essential oils from the wood.

The scent of cedarwood takes the senses on a journey of warm, woody notes with a hint of sweetness and an earthy base.

Cashmere Wool Chord

Perfume accords are harmonious combinations of two or more fragrance notes that together create a new scent. Similar to accords in music, perfume accords add depth, complexity and character to a fragrance. They are often combined from natural ingredients such as flowers, fruits, woods, spices and resins.

The Cashmere Wool Accord is an example of a particularly appealing and complex perfume accord. It is a harmonious blend of woody, musky and powdery nuances that together create a luxuriously soft fragrance. The Cashmere Wool Accord has an enveloping, soothing effect and creates a touch of sophistication and well-being.
